The Student and Volunteer Affairs Office offers the following services for the students of the Academy:

Orientation days and Adaptation program:

Orientation days tailored for incoming students at the Academy;
Adaptation program designed to support newly enrolled students in their transition.

Extracurricular Activities:

Youth camps, military-patriotic camps, and exchange programs;
Patriotism-focused initiatives;
Excursions to sports facilities and federations;
Historical, artistic, and literary outings;
Celebratory events including New Year, Physical Education and Sports Day, Nowruz holiday, and Graduation Day;
Healthy lifestyle initiatives through various activities;
Environmental protection initiatives;
Tickets to festivals, theatres, and museums;
Intellectual games and competitions;
Social issue seminars;
Leisure activities such as movies, bowling, and picnics.

Student Support Service:

Identifying and addressing students' concerns and needs, and offering mentoring, support, and resources to enhance their personal, academic, and professional success;
Supporting the activity of the Student Youth Organization (SYO);
Informing the Academy's student body about the projects and events held both at the Academy and throughout the country for student youth and ensuring their participation;
Involvement of student staff in volunteering programs within the Academy and outside the Academy.

Volunteering:

Volunteering opportunities for students in events and programs held within the Academy;
Volunteering opportunities in local and international sports competitions;
Volunteering programs in state bodies, youth organisations, enterprises, etc.
