We are pleased to invite you to participate in the III International Scientific-Practical Conference on the topic of “Modern Sports Education: In Search of New Paradigms”, dedicated to the 5th anniversary of our victory in the Patriotic War and the 95th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Sports Academy. The event will be hosted by the Azerbaijan Sports Academy with the support of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation.

Conference Goals

• To analyze the current state of professional education in the field of sports

• To identify existing challenges

• To discuss development prospects based on international experience

Forms of Participation

• In-person: presentation and publication of the article

• In-Absentia: publication of the article without presentation

Submission Guidelines

Participants must complete registration at the following link and then submit abstracts and presentations by October 20, 2025:

Abstract Guidelines

• Length: 180–200 words

• Format: A4, 2 cm margins, Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing

• Must include author’s full name, academic degree, workplace, article title (in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian), and email address

• Keywords (4–6 words)

• References (bibliography)

Article Guidelines

• Deadline: October 31, 2025

• Length: 3–5 pages

• Format: A4, 2 cm margins, Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing

• Must include author’s full name, academic degree, workplace, article title (in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian), and email address

• Abstract (180–200 words) and keywords (4–6 words) in the article’s language and in two other languages

• References (bibliography)

• Files should be named as: 'Surname Name_Article' or 'Surname Name_Paper'

Accepted articles and abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings of the Azerbaijan Sports Academy.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to group presentations according to topics.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit accepted papers.

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism; plagiarized papers will not be accepted.

Participation Fee

For participants from external institutions: 100 USD.
