Scientific presentations of ASA representatives were in the spotlight on the third day of the “Human in Motion” Congress held in Portorož
The third day of the “Human in Motion” International Congress, held in Portorož, Slovenia, was marked by the presentations of representatives from the Azerbaijan Sport Academy (ASA).
Head of the Department of Therapeutic Sport and Rehabilitation, PhD in Mathematics Könül Mammadova, delivered a plenary lecture on “Biomechanical Solutions and Strategies for Space and Earth: Artificial Gravity and Resistance Training.” The presentation introduced innovative approaches to the application of artificial gravity and resistance training in both space environments and on Earth. The lecture drew great interest from the congress participants and sparked extensive discussions.
ASA’s Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Ulkar Babayeva, delivered a speech at the official banquet, emphasizing the importance of international scientific cooperation, learning and knowledge exchange, particularly in the field of health and sport.
It should be noted that the 1st International “Human in Motion” Congress continued until October 1 and created new opportunities for collaboration among participants. This prestigious scientific event was jointly organized by the Koper Scientific Research Centre, ASA, and other institutions.
